Sam McGeorge – Owner, Horticulturist & Project Manager
Sam is the heart of Paradox Management. With over 20 years in the horticulture and landscaping industry, he brings both technical expertise and a love of the outdoors to every project. Having worked with some of Sydney’s most prestigious garden maintenance firms and landscaping teams, Sam knows what quality looks like — and how to deliver it.
He specialises in the creation and management of Asset Protection Zones (APZ), blending horticultural beauty with critical safety outcomes. Sam is also deeply experienced in turfing, garden restoration, rural property upkeep, and large-scale maintenance plans.
As an experienced project manager, Sam coordinates resources, staff, and timeframes across multiple jobs. He ensures that even during peak periods or adverse weather, clients still receive consistent, high-quality service. His reliability, attention to detail, and hands-on approach are the backbone of the business.
When he's not on site, he's often tending to his own veggie garden, mowing the lawn, or spending time with wife and dogs on their Dooralong acreage.​
Simon Peel – Sydney Team Leader & Garden Aficionado
Simon leads our Sydney operations with energy, creativity, and care. His journey into horticulture began as a part-time job, but his passion for the work quickly turned it into a full-time career. Over the past five years, Simon has become a trusted team leader with a reputation for diligence, clear communication, and thoughtful execution.
With a sharp eye for detail — honed through his love of photography — Simon ensures every job is finished to the highest standard. He particularly enjoys brushcutting and shaping overgrown spaces back into order, bringing both efficiency and finesse.
Simon listens closely to clients' needs and works alongside them to achieve beautiful, functional outdoor areas. When he's not working, he’s either deep into a podcast, exploring walking trails, or capturing nature through his camera lens.
Glenn Robinson – Central Coast Team Leader & Turf Expert
Glenn has been immersed in greenkeeping and turf management his entire career. His knowledge of lawn care, irrigation, and soil health is unmatched, making him our go-to for all things turf-related — from small front yards to multi-acre rural blocks.
Glenn’s passion is not just about appearance but performance. He ensures every lawn or open space is healthy, durable, and suited to the client's usage. Known for his strong work ethic and hands-on leadership, Glenn inspires those under him to do the job properly every time.
When he clocks off, Glenn enjoys spending time in his own native garden, playing guitar, and hanging out with his dog. His calm, reliable nature and commitment to quality make him a pillar of the Paradox team.
